1. Once you have placed an order on this website you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. Our Adelaide metro deliveries are conducted by external contractors who  require 48 hours’ notice prior to booking in a delivery. Charges will apply. Our contractors are not able to offer you a time frame on the day of delivery but will phone you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  3. You will be required in person accept delivery of your order, the courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
  4. If you wish to change the delivery date you will need to email info@haggleco.com.au or phone your nearest Haggle Co store by no later than 24 hours prior to the dispatch of your order to avoid a rebooking fee.
  5. If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your goods, you will need to contact Haggle Co at info@haggleco.com.au or phone your nearest Haggle Co store to arrange another delivery date which will then incur extra delivery charges.
  6. Haggle Co delivery contractors deliver to your door on the understanding they have reasonable access, if you would like the items brought inside your premises the contractors are willing to do so however, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange adequate protection for internal surfaces and flooring as neither Haggle Co nor the contractors will accept liability for any damages that may be incurred at your premises (either inside or outside) or to the goods during this process.
  7. Our Contractors do not deliver goods upstairs as they are not insured to do so. If they do so at your request it is at your own risk to your premises and the goods delivered.
  8. Goods which are received with any faults scratches, dents or marks are to be reported to info@haggleco.com.au within 24 hours for action to be considered.
  9. Every effort will be made to deliver your goods on the delivery date requested, however if circumstances prevent your goods from being delivered Haggle Co will contact you to advise you of the change.
  10. The delivery fee charged is for one delivery address only, if you require delivery to multiple addresses then you would need to order items on separate invoices and pay separate delivery charge
  11. Haggle Co delivery contractors are not responsible for the removal or disposing of packaging nor do they assemble.
  1. The rugs which are sold on this website will vary in the range available in Haggle Co stores.
  2. Online prices may vary to the prices in store, please not Haggle Co does not price match with in store prices.
  3. Rugs which are purchased online are dispatched from our interstate warehouse.
  4. Due to distance, delivery delays are to be expected of up to 14 days.

  6. A second email will be sent to you with your consignment details, please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive this email. Our rugs are delivered by a courier company and not Haggle Co contractors, the consignment details will allow you to track your order.
  7. As each state is Australia is governed by different laws, goods can be held by authorities for a certain period of time. Haggle Co s not liable for this type of delay as it is out of our hands.
  8. Please choose your rug carefully as you are not entitled to a refund or exchange if your change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Warranty and Returns Policy

  1. Please choose goods carefully as you are not entitled to a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, make a wrong decision or the product was not what you expected.
  2. You are not entitled to a refund if you found the item cheaper somewhere else.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased will fit into your house.
  4. Due to Haggle Co’s strict hygiene regulations we do not return or exchange mattresses, ensemble bases, pillows and bedding.
  5. Invoice cancellations will result in a $75 administration and handling fee, once an item has been loaded for delivery the delivery fee will also be deducted from the customer payment.
  6. Please note that timber and leather are natural products and may vary in colour, finish and grain. No two timber items are the same with knot and grain variation being as nature intended, issues such as these are not considered a warranty issue.
  7. Haggle Co will repair or replace (at the manufacturer’s discretion) any product that is found to have a manufacturing defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to goods used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes.
  8. Australian consumer warranty does not cover fading of fabric or leather, rips, wearing, pilling, surface dents, chips, scratches or accidental damage or breakages.
  9. Damage as a result of improper assembly of self-assembled products. Damage caused by negligence, misuse or improper cleaning, wear and tear, softening of foam resulting from normal use. Discolouration of leather or fabric coverings resulting from exposure to direct sun-light, extreme heat or similar conditions is not considered a warranty issue nor is damage incurred during handling or transportation of the goods by the customer or their own contractor.
  10. All mattresses must be turned or rotated at least once a month, if this ongoing maintenance procedure is not followed the consumer may void their right to a remedy. Comfort issues based on purchasing a mattress that is too soft or firm is not covered under warranty
  11. If you do experience a manufacturing fault with your item please email your invoice details along with a brief description of the issue to customerservice@haggleco.com.au and one of the customer service team will be in touch with you regarding your claim
  12. Your furniture may be collected by one of our contractors to be assessed by an independent assessor as determined by the product manufacturer. If the independent assessor deems the damage to be caused by incorrect assembly, wear an tear, accidental misuse or negligence and not a manufacturing defect they will charge you an assessment fee of $75.00. If we have arranged for our contractors to collect the furniture for inspection our contractors would charge you a $70 delivery fee to return the furniture to your home, unless of course you have made arrangements to have your goods collected.
  13. Haggle Co have the right to refuse service when a product is found to be soiled or in an unsanitary condition.
  14. If Haggle Co delivery contractors collect items from your home for warranty purposes, they are not insured to enter your home, and prefer to collect goods from your front door. It is the customer’s responsibility to disassemble goods. If the contractors do come inside your home, it is purely an act of goodwill and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure reasonable access is available. HaggleCo nor our contractors will accept liability for any damages that may be incurred at your premises (either inside or outside) or to the goods during this process. It is your responsibility to ensure your floors and internal surfaces are adequately protected

  15. If you would like to apply for a refund,exchange goods or you have a warranty issue you must present your tax invoice or have a clear proof of purchase. Haggle Co do not have the provisions to search for archived transactions, it is the customer's responsibility to retain their proof of purchase.
