Personal Information
In order to purchase products from the Website with exclusive coupon discounts, you will need to join our ‘Deal of the Week’ mailing list.
You are required to provide HaggleCo with accurate personal information when signing up to ‘Deal of the Week’ or when placing an order in our online store. Provision of another person’s details as your own will not be deemed acceptable.
Any personal information collected by HaggleCo shall not be disclosed to any third party unrelated to the HaggleCo’s business unless such a disclosure is authorised or required by law, or you have expressly consented to such a disclosure. HaggleCo otherwise relies on its privacy policy.
Credit Card Information & Payment
Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at HaggleCo will be stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution. Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to HaggleCo Customer Service operators.
Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected product/s.
You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.
Pricing and GST
All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. GST is subject to change and users of the HaggleCo Website will not be informed by HaggleCo if a change occurs.
International purchases are still required to pay GST.
All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.
Customer Communications
HaggleCo will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product using email. You must provide a valid email address to HaggleCo for this purpose.
From time to time, HaggleCo will also send you marketing material. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in all marketing email correspondence.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel you order or parts of your order before the order is dispatched by HaggleCo. HaggleCo will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.
HaggleCo also reserves the right to cancel your order if:
- You provide an unauthorised credit card
- We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
- You provide invalid personal details
- The product has become unavailable
HaggleCo will notify you before cancelling your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.
Delivery
HaggleCo delivers Australia-wide usually within 2-5 working days. HaggleCo also delivers selected products to selected international locations for an additional delivery charge. The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, your product will be redelivered at another time with a possible re-delivery fee charged.
Returns Policy
- Please choose goods carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased will fit into your house.
- Due to Australia’s strict hygiene regulations, we do not return or exchange mattresses, ensemble bases, pillows and bedding.
- HaggleCo reserve all rights to deem a claim for return worthy of refund or otherwise.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the product, you may choose to return the product to HaggleCo for a full refund if the product is faulty when you receive it. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy.
Loss of Goods
The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our handover of the merchandise to a delivery company we select.

The Website may contain links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such other website.
Vouchers and Promotions
HaggleCo uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in AUD, attached to minimum order amounts pre discounts in AUD incl. GST and validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landingpage or otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a one time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity or brand. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on HaggleCo and by clicking “Apply”. By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on Haggleco.com.au you agree to receive our HaggleCo marketing material. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.
Disputes
This contract will be governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Website, or the products purchased on it, will be subject to the exclusive courts of that jurisdiction.
